    The Midweek Classes are 4 hour meetings and are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays   from 6 pm to 10 pm.

    REGULAR CLASS FEE $375
    Early Bird Registration Fee $350
    Class Tuition includes 2 professional textbooks  AND class handouts.

    Pay by Check, Credit/Debit Card or Cash.

    Established in 1991,  Annex Real Estate School  is a Massachusetts Authorized Real Estate School with Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License Classes, Real Estate Broker License Classes, and Massachusetts Real Estate and Continuing Education for 29 + years.

    All pre-licensing Massachusetts Real Estate license classes are taught by experienced, practicing Real Estate Brokers who are also licensed Real Estate Instructors. 

    Your classroom experience will be in the environment of an active real estate office! You will get the real estate knowledge needed to pass the test, and you will also have a very good understanding of the real estate business.
