NEWS UPDATE ON CLASS SCHEDULE AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

Established in 1991, the school is a Massachusetts Authorized Real Estate School with Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License Classes, Real Estate Broker License Classes, and Massachusetts Real Estate Continuing Education.

All pre-licensing Massachusetts Real Estate license classes are taught by experienced, practicing Real Estate Brokers who are also licensed Real Estate Instructors.

Your classroom experience will be in the environment of an active real estate office! You will get the real estate knowledge needed to pass the test, and you will also have a very good understanding of the real estate business.

* NEWS YOU NEED TO KNOW: The bill that will increase the number of mandatory pre-licensing class hours needed prior to taking your Mass State Real Estate Salesperson examination from 24 to 40. has passed the Massachusetts Legislature and awaits the Governor's signature. This action will take place soon. Check back here as we will post information about this law as soon as it's made public.
