    NEWS UPDATE ON CLASS SCHEDULE AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
    (see below)

    Established in 1991, the school is a Massachusetts Authorized Real Estate School with Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License Classes, Real Estate Broker License Classes, and Massachusetts Real Estate Continuing Education.

    All pre-licensing Massachusetss Real Estate license classes are taught by experienced, practicing Real Estate Brokers who are also licensed Real Estate Instructors.

    Your classroom experience will be in the environment of an active real estate office! You will get the real estate knowledge needed to pass the test, and you will also have a very good understanding of the real estate business.

    WEEKDAY (MIDWEEK) CLASSES
    MIDWEEK CLASSES START TUESDAY FEBRUARY 9TH AND CONTINUES ON
    TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS FOR 8 CLASS MEETINGS (24 HOURS TOTAL*)

    MIDWEEK CLASSES IS OFFERED AS A MORNING CLASS, 9 AM TO NOON

    THE MIDWEEK EVENING CLASS IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE!

    ACCELERATED WEEKEND CLASS

    FRIDAY EVENING, FEBRUARY 19TH 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
    SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FEBRUARY 20, 21,  17, 8 AM to 6 PM
    BOTH DAYS (24 HOURS TOTAL*)

    *PLEASE NOTE: MASS LEGISLATURE IS CONSIDERING INCREASING SALESPERSON CLASSROOM  HOURS FROM 24 TO 40.  WHEN ENACTED, :  THIS WILL  EFFECT  CLASS SCHEDULE AND COST



    * NEWS YOU NEED TO KNOW: There is a bill going thru the Massachusetts Legislature that will  increase the number of mandatory pre-licensing class hours needed prior to taking your Mass State Real Estate Salesperson examionation from 24 to 40. This action may take place soon.  Check back here as we will post information about this law as soon as it's made public.



    After getting your Massachusetts Real Real Estate License, you will  immediateley qualify to apply for an interview at our affiliated real estate firm, CENTURY21 Annex Realty.
